Prevention of Vascular Events in Stroke Patients with Clopidogrel: CAPRIE Study

Aggrenox®/Asasantin reduces risk of recurrent stroke at least twice as much as ASA, 50 mg/day*.
In percentage terms the combination of ASA and extended-release dipyridamole in Aggrenox®/Asasantin® reduces relative risk of stroke by approximately 23% vs. ASA, and by 37% vs. placebo.
